I am Mum to 2 sons who have been inspiration for much of my poetry. I'm also blessed with 2 bonus daughters and 3 granddaughters. I have had several poems published in different books but I thought it would be nice to keep it all in one place. Unfortunately I don't have all of my older poetry but I've tried to remember to keep new stuff here. Uninspirational Christmas

This is Nate, the Christmas ankylosaurus, sitting in a Christmas tree at Bedworth Civic Hall


I wanted to write a Christmas poem
Full of inspiration
But this year, I have failed to finish many things
And I'm having difficulty keeping attention

In 2025, I've achieved mostly burnout
I feel that 2026 will have a similar turnout

Give your kids a pizza
If that's what you want for Christmas Dinner
Hibernate, avoid people, don't feel any guilt
I'll be spending Christmas Day huddled in my quilt.
